Landkit is an AI-powered platform that helps users generate landing pages, marketing assets, and analytics insights. We provide these tools "as is" and do not guarantee specific marketing results or conversion rates.

2. AI Disclaimer

Important: Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate content. AI can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before publishing it. Landkit is not liable for any inaccuracies, offensive text, or copyright issues arising from unedited AI output.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected subscription tier via Stripe.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Settings portal. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for technical failures. Other refunds are at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the copy, strategies, and code you generate using Landkit.
• Our Platform: The Landkit interface, code, and proprietary "Growth Algorithms" remain our property.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Landkit to:

• Generate scam, phishing, or fraudulent landing pages.
• Reverse engineer the API or scrape our proprietary insights.
• Upload malicious code or viruses via the "Analyze" feature.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Landkit, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
