- Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture via Google OAuth.
- Connected Google Data: If you grant access to Google Analytics or Google Search Console, we access read-only metrics (e.g., visitor counts, bounce rates, and keywords).
- Usage Data & Cookies: We use Google Analytics to track how users interact with our website. This includes your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This helps us improve the user experience.
- AI Prompts: We collect the text and context you provide to generate marketing content.
2. Google API Disclosure & Limited Use
Landkit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- No AI Training: We do not use data obtained via Google APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or Machine Learning (ML) models.
- Purpose-Specific: Google data is used strictly to provide user-facing insights (e.g., growth reports) within the Landkit dashboard.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Service Provision: To generate landing page copy, marketing strategies, and code.
- AI Processing: We send anonymized context to third-party Large Language Models (specifically Google Gemini/Vertex AI) to generate your requested content. Your personal identifiers (email/ID) are not shared with the AI model.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics data to understand site traffic and optimize our marketing tools.
4. Third-Party Data Sharing
We share data with the following sub-processors necessary for app operation:
- Supabase: For secure database hosting and authentication.
- Google Gemini: For AI content generation.
- Stripe: For payment processing (we do not see or store your credit card details).
- Google Analytics: To analyze website traffic and performance.
5. Data Security & Retention
We employ industry-standard security measures:
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
- Token Security: Your Google Refresh Tokens are stored in a secured database with Row Level Security (RLS), accessible only by your account.
- Retention: We retain data only as long as your account is active. You may revoke access to your Google data at any time via your Google Security Settings.
6. Your Rights & Deletion
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon request, we will permanently delete your authentication tokens and generated content from our databases within 30 days.
